In order to comply with national and international standards, manufacturers and users need to have products, processes and services certified as conforming to specified requirements such as ISO 9001, ISO14001 and IS393. We have a proven track record in all aspects of quality, environmental and energy management systems and product certification.
Services provided include:
Process audits and certification - Ethos undertake to independently audit management systems such as ISO14001, ISO9001 and IS393. We will produce gap analysis reports that identify the steps needed to comply with those management systems standards. We offer training support and improvement strategies that are focused on the effective use of those standards.
Product inspection and certification - Ethos undertake to independently inspect installations on your behalf. We will go on site and witness mechanical and electrical tests and verify conformance to a specification or test procedure. We also carry out design verification, from simple components to complex structures. We will inspect purchased products and process records at the supplier’s premises to verify compliance with requirements before shipment to the customer. We will examine a supplier’s specific manufacturing processes to verify that all necessary and appropriate controls are in place and are being operated as planned. We will assess a supplier’s operations to determine that it has the resources, capability and capacity to meet a client’s contractual needs. Additionally, We will oversee the testing carried out by or on behalf of a supplier to ensure that it is properly performed in accordance with client stipulations and that results are accurately reported.
